COVID-19 INFORMATION

The safety, health and well-being of our patrons and staff is our most important consideration. It is with great sadness that The Wave Waterparks’ 2020 season will be pausing operations indefinitely. We continue to closely monitor this ever-evolving situation and should orders from the County of San Diego and State of California regarding large gatherings change, we will update our schedule in accordance. When it is safe to gather again, we will be ready to welcome you back and be privileged to serve you, our community.

2020 Season Pass Holders

We appreciate you as a loyal season pass holder. With you in mind, we have extended all season passes that have been purchased to this point to be valid through the 2021 season. You do not need to do anything, the new expiration date has already been applied to your current season pass. By choosing to roll-over your season pass to next summer, you are showing your support and helping to sustain The Wave financially. The other advantage is that by rolling over your pass, you will enjoy the current pass discount should the new pass rate for 2021 change.

2020 Wave Ticket Holders

We have extended all tickets that have been purchased or given away at this point to be valid through the 2021 season. You do not need to do anything, the new expiration date has already been applied to your current ticket.

2020 Camps, Swim Lessons, and other program participants

We appreciate you trusting us with the well-being of your child(ren). All program participants have been contacted and we are asking Splash Camps and Jr. Guard parents to fill out the form that was attached to your email message. Every program participant will have their payment kept on file to participate in during the 2021 season. The advantages of rolling the fees you have already paid to the 2021 season are that you will not pay a possibly higher rate in 2021, and, you are helping to financially sustain The Wave.

Refund Requests

Thank you for your consideration. We do understand, however, that these are challenging times and if you would like to request a refund for any item you have already purchased, then please contact The Wave Waterpark through email at wave-waterpark@cityofvista.com or phone 760-940-9283. We have limited staff working remotely and will process all refunds in as timely a manner as possible. The refund would be applied to the original form of payment.
